About Performance Reporting Solutions 2010 Inc.

"The Public Sector Performance Experts"

Performance Reporting Solutions 2010 Inc. is an Ottawa-based company founded by Charles Snelling and Scott Kelland following more than ten years of work as independent consultants providing performance reporting services to the Public Sector.

Scott and Charles and their associates are first and foremost experts in Public Sector performance and accountability, representing a combined experience of many decades helping Public Sector organizations deal with performance challenges.

Together we have designed and implemented Performance Reporting Frameworks for dozens of Government of Canada departments and agencies, provincial and municipal governments, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO).

Our expertise was acquired over literally hundreds of engagements helping Public Sector organizations create and operate practical performance reporting regimes. We have helped clients develop practical, meaningful performance reporting for every level of their organizations, from the front-line to the executive suite.

And we have worked in functional areas ranging from Policy to IT Operations to Corporate Services to Regulatory bodies. We have built services standards and performance measures for front-line services, as well as 'backroom' operations.

All our projects have this in common: we focus on real-world, practical solutions that are implementable within your organization (and your budget.)
